My idea of running up to Monte-Carlo Golf Club from the Casino in Monaco was maybe not the smartest idea. Maybe even the worse idea I've ever had or ever heard of. It started straight uphill and continued like that for another 7 km..JPG&width=800&height=600 "img_1362(1).JPG")
It's just up that hill to the top where the clouds are. That's what I tried to say to myself.

Made it after 1 h 32 min. Broken phone, will probably get a cold for being wet and it was cool up the top and totally worn out but I made it all the way and that's the best mental training you can get I think..JPG&width=800&height=600 "img_1394(1).JPG")
Got a lift down the hill with a member who just stared at me and probably wondered who the hell I was and what the hell I was doing.
A few hours rest and then hit the gym. Pierre is trying to bulk me up now when we have a little time off from tournaments. Heavy olympic bar, legs, and core are the focus points.
