  Good day!

  2011-02-01
  Today has been a very productive day in Doha:
  
  1. 7.15 range warm-up.
  2. 8.00 tee time. 18 holes practice round with money game.
  3. Putt training. 
  4. Short game practice.
  5. Range session with "Trackman". Measuring yardages with short clubs and some stats with the driver.
  6. Gym with Edfors. Heavy day.
  7. Hot and cold pools to recover faster after workout.
  8. Swing training in the room.
  
  Feels great after a day like today.

  The time is now 1.01 AM and me and my roomate Claes are watching swings on youtube. We are thinking about drinking coffee so we could stay up and practice golf swings all night but I don't think so. We'll see. 
  
  Finished tied for 8th this week in Bahrain. -12 total. A few misses here and there, that's why we are staying up trying to fix our swings. I want to get better and be in the hunt for the wins. I've had a few chances these first three weeks but not going the whole way with my game. In Qatar now for another chance. Most of all, I love playing and I wouldn't want to do anything else:)

  Day 3 Bahrain re-cap

  Just came back from the City Centre Mall. I've been there every night. Why change? I've played pretty good golf this week so why change it up. A bit superstitious sometimes. 
  
  The golf course is fun. My game is good. -12 total after rounds of 67-70-67 and tied for 9th. Not totally comfortable with everything yet and therefore a few bad holes but no crying over that. Short game has improved at least:) Looking ahead for a fun day tomorrow. Playing with Francesco Molinari. He's a great guy and an even better player. Will be nice to play with him.
  
  Feels good to have spent an awful lot more time with my golf than last year. It feels like I get better and better. Still like the gym but I'm not as fanatic. Feels like a relief actually. I'm now less pissed off if Edfors beats me in chin-ups...
  
  And it will be nice going to Qatar and Dubai. Good events and loads of good players.

  Bahrain day 1

  Here is a few pictures of this place. We are in Bahrain. Bahrain is easy, there is nothing here. Except for a golf course, a hotel and a mall. The greens are crazy looking but today we played sensible pins which made the course more normal and easier than during the practice rounds.

  Edfors is leading at -8. Well done. Awesome playing. I thought I played well and was really happy with 5 under. A lot of people thought it was easy today.
