2012-02-18 Got back to the hotel after a super day in paradise.
Ritz was in good shape and we had a fun caddie. He talked more during 18 holes than my caddie Erik talks during a season. (And Erik is not a quiet guy.) He was from Georgia and loved The Masters. We played worse-ball which was a long time ago. He was worn out after the round...
Your short game gets a serious test in worse-ball. It's more motivating to practice after a worse-ball beating. Can't wait until tomorrow. Jet lag just kicked in. Sleep time soon.
And then the one-and-only Pelle arrived to the range to test a new gadget he just bought...which ended up being the worst gadget ever but he was still happy!
2012-02-17 Back blogging again after a little break! :)
Just came back to Jupiter Florida after a few good days of training with my coach. The goal now is to get back on track and start scoring again. The focus has been to get the swing in shape but it's so easy to loose the scoring while doing it. But, here I stay on a course (almost) and can get all the training I need and we don't have to spend a lot of hours in a car back and forth to the club. And the golf courses here are among the best in the world.
And the other goal is to put back a bit of weight after a tough winter with a lot of flying, training and so on. 80 kg and under par every time sounds good to me:)
Follow me on here with pics from the training and the upcoming WGC Championship at Doral the 8-11 of March. Let's go!
Be sure to go and be part of this awesome charity event at World Of Golf in Göteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden the 3 of March. It will be great with many pros showing off!!!!!! Joel Sjoholm and Oscar Floren are in charge. Check it out here;
2012-02-05 Just woke up here in Abu Dhabi at a friend's (Mathias the golf player nanny) place and had a super day at Sadiyat Golf Club yesterday. Sand and water (ocean) everywhere and today we are heading up to Dubai to work a little bit on the course we are playing next week.
Been working with Sams puttlab and Trackman last few days. Trying to get all the numbers right on those machines is like playing a video game. Kristoffer Broberg made a hole in one on the Trackman. 0.0 Left of the hole. Yeah! I got to 0.3 before trying to kill the machine.
Weather is looking good and I'm going to go around the course trying to figure out how to play this course in the smartest way today.
Last week in Abu Dhabi we announced the partnership with Danske Invest and Audi. Two great brands that share Alex passion for hard work and knowledge.

Alex is now practicing his swing technique in preparation for next weeks Dubai Desert Classic.
