NEW WEBSITE
2010-10-19 Good evening from a beautiful Castellon!
The course is in awesome shape. The tennis courts are just beside the locker room. The gym is on the roof of the hotel. The restaurants open way too late.
And my website is up and running! Hope you guys like it!
It feels a bit hectic to get home from the gym at 10 PM and I'm so tired and had a hard time staying awake on the course. The 3.45 AM wake up call from monday morning is still haunting me. I really needed to do the heavier lifting today so I will be fresh on thursday. Nothing worse than feeling lazy on the first tee on the first round.
Spent 3 hours trying to get money of Pontus but he took some of me in the end. He always wins money of me. Either we play games that are unfair or I'm just not good enough yet! But we came up with a brilliant game today where there was a lot of pressure on every single put. I was nervous the whole time and I got both frustrated and excited, just like during a tournament round.
Time to get some sleep before another tough day on the putting green and Pro-Am.

Castellon, Spain.
2010-10-18
Summary of last week:
- F Molinari's scores: 74-62-74-62 for -16 and tied 2nd place. Maybe expectations has something do with it all?
- I finshed tied 36th at 10 under par. Game felt ok. I scored better than it felt but it felt great at Dunhill and in Austria and I know what I worked on there so it's not far off...my hunt to get into Dubai World Championship continues this week here in Castellon, Spain.
Life on tour can be very different week to week. At Dunhill we were 12 guys in a house and it was awesome. It felt like a big social get together. Last week was the same but not as many in each hotel room. This week, I feel like i'm the only one at this hotel and have no idea who to call for a dinner or a work out session. Pierre bailed out and went back to Sweden. Edfors as well. No idea what to do...
On the range before the final round.
I love this color on a green.
Jumped into this plane. Didn't know where to look not to be scared of the shaking plane.
Either at the pilot and his one million buttons or,
in this guy's formula one magazine...
But on the wings, it's always sunny.
Lake spotting made easy.
Sleep well.

Crazy sport
2010-10-16
Golf is a weird sport. I shot 65 on thursday. 73 friday and 68 today. Everything felt super easy on thur, really tough on friday and easier today. Attitude is playing a big role in this sport...:)
If my scores are varying, listen to this. Francesco Molinari's scores: 74-62-74...
Pics from the course:
4th round tomorrow. Lying in 21st place now, but the leaderobard is tight. A fews shots better tomorrow and I'll get a lot of valuable points on the "Race to Dubai" rankings. My goal is to reach the tour final in Dubai. It was a great tournament last year.
Actually took it easy in the weight room today...schocker. Feels good for tomorrow...

Portugal Masters round 1
2010-10-14
Just got back after one of the best days this year! First a nice round, 65 (-7). Game felt really nice and had so much fun. Pontus was at his best and was laughing most of the round. I was super happy, UNTIL Edfors shows up in the player's lounge with a 64 (-8) :) He beats me in exactly everything!!! Everything! I'm happy for him though!!! He is playing great and for once I start good and he still beats me...
Me and Pontus are happy with our score.
After a fun little tennis match against Pierre it was now time for the biggest happening of the day:
The battle in the gym. Edfors broke his earlier "clean" record and took 91 kg yesterday. My record was 90 kg. Today, I managed 91 first. He made it as well, off course. Then to piss me off, he got 93,5 kg up. I had to try. Pierre was nervous and said if I got injured it is not his fault. Injured? How can I get injured doing this?:) I got 93,5 kg up!!! It felt so big! UNTIL, Edfors got 96 kg up. Kick the guy who is lying on the floor, do that...Thanks...
So happy we are not doing this for a living...
Overall, it was a seriously great day. Lying in 4th postition now.
Cleans in the gym:
Edfors form.
My form.
Edfors takes 96 kg. Pumped.
12.40 PM tee time tomorrow.

Portugal Masters
2010-10-13
After a great week on the Scottish links we are now in Villamoura, Portugal. Feels awesome to be here again. I love this tournament. I finsihed with a 62 (-10) here last year for a 6th place finish.
The course is good and tee off tomorrow is at 8.10 with Jarmo Sandelin. That will be a lot of fun.
Monday was a long but fun travelling day. I hate travelling alone so it was nice that all the guys were together on the flight to Faro from Prestwick. I actually wanted to stay a bit in Prestwick to play that old course..jpg&width=800&height=533)
Pierre hanging out in the terminal..jpg&width=800&height=533)
To improve my photo skills I bought a photo magazines which the guys weren't to impressed with.
Went out to see the dolphins as well..jpg&width=800&height=533)
And the hunting seagulls....jpg&width=800&height=533)
Changed irons last week. Razr irons are the new black in the bag. Changed lob wedge to one with more bounce. Changed my 3-wood to a longer hybrid which feels better. I relly like my hybrid so this one fits my eye better. Also changed to leather grips throughout the bag....jpg&width=800&height=1066)
They are so sticky and your hands get a touch black.

Very happy after that tee shot on the 5th.
Was training my running yesterday. My goal is to run 10 km under 40 minutes this year. Did some tough training yesterday and was so tired in the legs today. Felt tough walking the course. Have prepared a cold bath for the legs now comined with a hot shower. I hope it will work. Do you guys have any other ideas how to get rid of the soreness.
And finally, my overall match against Edfors is continuing. He beat me by one shot in the tournament last week holing out from 8 meters on the last. I beat him in ping-pong, but it feels just a bit less important. But a win is a win:) Monday workout was once again a decision victory for Edfors with his perfect form. To sum it up, it's not going great for me but I'm working at it.
Let's get into the cold water now. Not looking forward to it.
