2010-05-12 Terre Blanche in the morning and a clinic for a very talented group of golfers from Norway! Norwegians are never sad! Always happy!
Erik is here and ready to finally put up a decent movie on this blog!!!
Back soon with some Erik editing:)
We are all more excited than we can explain. Like kids in a candy store. The town is buzzing and the guys have been looking around. I'm trying to be professional and going to the gym but my mind was somewhere else. Practice day for the F1 on thursday and then qual heat on sat and final race on sunday.
Start and finish (I think)
Most beautiful car ever.
Booooring:) Cool course though, Royal Mougin.
Early night. Early morning tomorrow. Terre Blanche and then to Opio Golf plus pick up the most excited and most nervous traveller Erik at the airport. Ash clouds and short connection stops have been on his mind for the last week but we will make him feel comfortable here we hope.
Back soon and have a great night!
Great first day! We managed to brush of some dust of the clubs after the flight and then went for a serious run around town. It was meant to be an easy run to show Jonas what Monaco looks like but we ended up killing each other trying to see who's the fastest...it's always the way it ends up it seems like...
Jonas is the sneakiest runner. After the run he just happen to mention that he's been running like a mad man all winter...sneaky sneaky!
This place is now crowded and we're only two. Two more and we'll kill each other.
Odyssey was very nice and supported my balcony training. Cheers!
After the good workout, it felt like we earned a late dinner. Maybe not, but it was fun to see the guys here again anyway. Monaco has been dead all winter and finally people are starting to come out from hibernation.
Good night and hope you all are good!
Awesome to be on golf.se now as well as on alexnoren.com! I've played golf for almost my whole life now and I'm loving it more than ever! At times it's very tough but it makes the good shots and tournaments even sweeter.
I'm now ranked 79th in the world and my best ranking was 52nd five months ago. I've always been dedicated to get better and now I'm planning on making a much more serious effort to move up the world rankings. My goal is to reach the top-30 by the 1st of January 2012. So, I got a year and a half to do it and my final goal is higher but I need a short term goal in mind. I've never had a plan before I've just loved golf and trained all the time. We'll see how far I reach with a plan...
You can follow our training on this blog and everything else that comes with trying to reach a goal. Hope you guys enjoy it!
Regrouping in Stockholm before a long stretch of golf.
Nice Aiport. A week of training and Grand Prix! Couldn't have a better week it feels like.
2010-05-10 For you photo interested, was at a really cool studio the other day for the golf.se photo shoot. And the coolest cameras. Since I'm a camera geek, I got a bit jealous at his Hasselblad sweet piece:)
See you soon in Monaco!
