Yeeees!
2010-03-30 Another hectic, crazy, great and beautiful day at Arcos. Shortgame and gym for me and gym and golf for everybody else. Everybody goes nuts over here. Golf nerds for real all of them....not me:)
Have a look at these blogs as well:

Swedish Golf Team Blog: http://web.me.com/rickardlindberg/Camp_Arcos_2010/Blogg/Blogg.html
Two more energy taking and energy giving days at Arcos. Then I'm gonna try a thing I've never tried before. Practising golf in France with my parents. Wow this will be different and fun. My parents aren't the greatest golfers but seriously good supporters. The tough thing will be to drag them into the gym and especially up the chin-up bar:)
Agassi is waiting at the bed side table and then some well needed sleep. Plus some nice bed talk with Whilhelm Schauman. There are some videos up on the Swedish Golf Team blog so have a look if you want.

Arcos Day 1
2010-03-29 After a sweeter last round, -2 we headed straight over to Arcos Gardens Golf Club for a big get together with the Swedish Golf Team and some pros. So much fun here! Training all day. Best way! Loading up a little video.
Practiced bunker shots for 2 hours and short game for another 3 hours. Felt nice. My swing needs a lot of bunker shots. Lots...
Felt like junior times when we pulled trolleys:)
Anders Sjöstrand poses like the true model he is.
Some cords here.
Skills. Tried it but failed miserably.
Fun day and very productive!
Flight booking now. I hate flying but love travelling.

In-Room Drills
2010-03-26Got a good question that I thought I should answer:
Hi Alex, would be nice to see what kind of drills you do in room, because i can't image how a in room drill session could look like. All the best for your round and i hope you will hit the ball like you want to hit it!
So, here are a few pics from my in-room drills. These are the main drills I do. Since 2007, I've done these drills and many more in my room to improve faster and get the right sequence and technique. It has helped me a lot I believe and it's fun as well when you come out on grass and feel ready. I usually spend anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour every day on in-room drills.
Basic putting drill where you keep your focus on the coin even after the ball is gone.
I usually use a putter since the putter grip gives me a better feeling of how I should move the hands. The flat part of the grip can be used in many ways to feel where the club head is during the swing. I try to align the putter head with the left arm.
I do this swing drill on one leg at a time. Really feel the full swing on each leg and get a feeling for how each leg moves in the swing. It also improves your balance.
I love working on my bunker swing since I think it helps my ful swing. I have the club open here, just as in the bunker.
Sleep time. 9.15 Tee time. Let's get some scoring going!!!
