Another Oscar Nominated Video:)
2010-03-01 I might be the worst golf instructor ever:) To me, everything I say in this video makes sense but when I watch it I understand that it's so hard to understand what I mean. Specially when I have a serious cold as well. Anyway, here is the video and hope some of you understand a little:)
All I really try to say is that it's good to practice short shots in between the full ones to easier get the right feeling. It has helped me.
A night full of planning for next week. I want to make the most of it when I get to spend a whole week at Lake Nona with Peter Hansson and the other guys there. Nice!!!

Leaving the desert
2010-03-01 Phonix Airport is one of my favourite airports. Not because it's nice or have good restaurants or anything like that. Solely because they have free internet in the whole airport. Maybe something all airports should have...
It feels like I was just here flying up to Vancouver. It's been a lot of flying lately and it's both good and bad. I love going places but practice sometimes gets a beating. Today I only had time for a half day but I think I will make up for it this week in Orlando. My physio Pierre is joining me and Peter Hansson. Peter's swing coach Rikard Fors and my friend Oscar Floren is meeting up as well for some practice. It will be fun!!!!!!!!!! There is nothing better than a seriously good week of practice with some fun guys. It's fun in a different way than playing in a tournament..jpg)
After renting cars for 5 years now at National they were kind and gave me a Mustang Convertible for the same price as a normal small car. Nice of them! The only problem was packing but I made it to the airport finally..jpg)
When in Rome...
See you in Orlando.

Range Video.
2010-02-28 Had a good day on the practice field. Put together a movie as well for you guys. Nothing to brag about editing or content wise but anyway, here it is.
Just came back to the hotel after hanging out at the "Bird's Nest" (big after-golf village for the crowd to hang out) at the TPC course here in Phoenix where they play the PGA Tour tournament FBR Open. Fun to meet some old players from college who now are on the PGA Tour and also to see what a crazy tournament this is. The players told me that the par-3 16th hole is now fully surrounded with grandstands and there are 28.000 people on that hole every day cheering for a good shot and booing for a bad one. What a cool thing and what a thrill to play!!! It felt like there was almost the same amount of people at this after-golf party place where they had a huge concert as well. They really put on a big show around this tournament and it makes it very unique. Some players love it and some hate it. The crowd loves it though, I can tell you that!
Time to hit the pillow! The weather predicts storms tomorrow but he has been wrong before.

Hands should bleed.
2010-02-27 Nice to be back on grass and I feel more motivated than ever. Yesterday's practice went ok. I can honestly say that it feels like I haven't had a break. It felt like I practised yesterday. Although, as the last few tournaments has shown, my game hasn't been on top but now I will practice golf until my hands bleed to get back on track. I hate the feeling of not being able to hit the shots I want. Often for me, it's just that feeling of not being able to do something that drives me. It's not all about results. I play golf for most days out of a year and to play shitty golf then is not an enjoyable year for me. Let's get it good!!!
An "all-dayer" today and have just been looking at great swings and shots on youtube to get in the right frame of mind.
Get back to you after practice!

Re-grouping at Best Western
2010-02-26 Almost a whole day of travel down to warmer latitudes. The Best Western Hotel right next to the ASU Karsten Golf Course feels almost like home to me now. Every time I've been here in Phoenix, I've stayed here. It's cheap and it's close to practice..jpg)
Snow around Vancouver..jpg)
No snow in Arizona...perfect..jpg)
I think I will be struggling to talk my way out of overweight luggage this time. I don't know how I end up with all this after a few weeks on the road. It's nice to re-group sometime and get the stuff cleaned and start from scratch again..jpg)
New deliveries! This is all I need for a good practice week. Staying here in Phoenix for 3 days training with Niklas Lemke and the other guys. Then on monday it's time to go to Orlando to meet up with Peter Hansson and my physio Pierre Johansson. I have to add that he did a great job training the Swedish Cross-Country team for the Olympics. They did extremely well and to top it all off, they won the finishing relay race. I can feel that next week will be a great week and as usually, Pierre is taking care of the camera for you to see what we will end up doing.
After a vacation week like we had up in Vancouver and Whistler, a serious training week (or weeks) is exactly what I need and what I feel like.
