Let's think about the next tournament... I'm sure you'll do well there ! It's always hard to get back to a tournament after a long period of training (and the wgc with few holes played shouldn't count as more than a training session)Come on Alex !!!

Hi Alex, congrats for your new blog! I already followed your old blog since last year and I really liked it. It is very interesting to get a look behind the scenes of a life as a professional golfer. Thanx, for this insight.I would like to follow up to Paul's comment regarding your extensive workout routine. As a former professional athlete I already wondered, why your workout that hard in the gym, even in between a tournament. Does it not effect your swing at all? I know that Pierre is a highly professional trainer, but on the other hand I know from other sports, how intensive weight lifting and muscle workout ist effecting especially the fine motor skills. I know, we only get a glimpse and it's an outsight look on your workout.
Good luck, Mats

Have to agree with Paul's comment below. You did look tired. Was that from travelling and not eating properly?Anyway, take care, forget yesterday and hope you do well today. Be positive.

Hey Alex, you were on tv coverage alot today. You looked really tired and worn out, like your working out way too much. I dont know.....but you always look so knackerd compared to all the other players.I know alot of the other players dont work out any where near the amount you do. Do you really need to be working out 6 days a week....on tournament weeks? I really believe it isnt doing you any good and ok its good to keep healthy but fo Golf you dont need to be doing what your doing and to be healthy you dont need to be doing 6 workouts a week. I just think it is harming you, not doing you any favours.

Nice to see this old gays. I'm also old but not a star-player, but I try so save my back in the golf-wing. They have a more uprigth swing and are more relaxed. To use the back to take out the last meter could be costful. I understand that your training in gym made it possible for you to use your back without have pain-problem.reply
