Gothenburg is sweet

Hello hello!
Vallda Golf Club is a very cool golf club! Spent the last two days there. A links course outside Gothenburg. Sounds kind of weird but almost true. The greens are firm and you can see the sand in between the grass blades. Exactly how it should be. No thatch there. No no. And cool guys in charge.
Fors works there and we've had good days. The most serious practice ever. Wow, I'm not used to that. I need it.
I wonder one thing. How the hell do the marathon runners run so fast for so long. I don't care if you're from Kenya where the air is thin. Running at 20 km/h for 2 hours is unreal. It has to be like shooting 45 over 18 holes. Not kidding. Tried running intervals today outside for the first time. 333 meters intervals at a 20 km/h pace so each interval takes 1 minute. 1 minute rest in between each interval. I managed 4 today. So, again, those marathon runners are seriously incredibeble or I'm the worst trained person in the world..jpg&width=800&height=1066 "img_0176(1).jpg")

What's up Ponta Eliasson! My caddie at Loch Lomond last year. Met 4 of his family today. Probably 4 more tomorrow. They're everywhere!
One more day in the studio. Feels like I'm improving. Life is good.

That course looks great Alex.Can you give us an idea of how much time you are spending working on the swing? Us amateurs always hear of Tiger spending hours and hours working.
Can you give us a breakdown of the days working with Rickard.

Hi Alex,Since a couple months am daily checking out you're awesome blog. Am enjoying you're instruction video's and the way you explain the drills you use. Also i'm a big fan of your enthousiasm and your constant passion to improve. Hopefully this is going to result in some great results for you this year.
Am a golfprofessional in the Netherlands close to the Hilversumsche Golfclub the course where this years Dutch open is going to take place. I hope you'll be there this year.
I've got a couple questions about you're recent swingchanges. In the picture above i'll see you're using a box ore a bare. What's the reason for using it? You use this to keep the club more in front of you? Is it possible to show us some of your chips and pitches and explaining what you're doing with those kind of shots?
